Protecting the environment is one of the most urgent challenges of our time. Scientific and technological progress and increasing human pressures on the natural environment will inevitably lead to a worsening of the ecological situation : depleted natural resources, polluting the environment, the loss of natural link between man and nature, lost aesthetic values, deteriorating physical and mental health, exacerbated by economic and political struggle for commodity markets, living space. In the Russian Federation, it belongs to the world with the worst environmental situation. Contami-nation of the environment is unprecedented. Only economic losses, not taking into account the damage to environmental and human health, experts estimated the annual amount equal to half the nation's income. Environmental problem number one in Russia-pollution. At the WHO at the UN people RF is on the verge of extinction. Ap-proximately 15% of the land is an environmental disaster zone and environmental emergencies. All of the evidence that we all have to realize that being unregulated No use among gone forever. For all you pay : cash, a severe restrictions, a liability. Oth-erwise, people are paying not only their own health but also the well-being of future generations, because the negative impact on the environment is nothing less than the destruction of the biological basis of human existence, a modern form of cannibal-ism!
