Protecting the environment is one of the most urgent challenges of our time. Scientific and technological progress and increasing human pressures on the natural environment will inevitably lead to a worsening of the ecological situation : depleted natural resources, polluting the environment, the loss of natural link between man and nature, lost aesthetic values, deteriorating physical and mental health, exacerbated by economic and political struggle for commodity markets, living space. In the Russian Federation, it belongs to the world with the worst environmental situation. Contami-nation of the environment is unprecedented.
